A
process would be defined as a pattern of behavior that the client
either wants to enhance or reduce in their daily practice. In
process coaching a clear definition of the “what is” that needs to
be changed is
established.
Once
the objective is defined then developing a strategy around the
shift and its implementation follows in successive sessions. When
an executive or manager engages in process coaching they create
awareness around boundaries that are impeding their performance.
Once these boundaries shift the client is able to work more efficiently
where by improving performance and over all value to the organization. |
