He has earned his Masters of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University 's Weatherhead School of Management and his Bachelors in Business Administration from Kent State University . Eric's strengths in Coaching, Leadership Development and strategic planning are a strong fit with the company's core values.

	In the early '90s, Lisa managed survey research staff for the University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research. Subsequently, Lisa left the university to start a consulting practice. She has provided leadership coaching and consulting at Fortune 500 companies such as Eaton, Ford Motor, Honeywell. At Ford, Lisa was leadership coach to the Chief Engineer and his 300-person product development team, producing higher levels of collaboration, product alignment, and engineering cost savings with reduced operational redundancy. Lisa's clients also include small businesses, non-profits and individuals interested in maximizing their personal excellence.
